Blame it on the database guy

And here I was, working on this php project. I was working on a sign-up and login scripts. There are basically 2 tables, 1 table for the administrators log-in and 1 table for the normal clients log-in. They both had password fields to store passwords. Saving the password was pretty straightforward, generate the md5 of the password text and save it. No need to do any big encryption. Basic, but worked. Bigger and better functions for password encryption was not worth the effort. (continue reading…)

Creative stupidity

3 posts in 3 days. Does that mean I don’ have anything to do or is it because my “creativity” peaks when I don’t sleep well? You decide. Whatever be the reason, the reason I am writing this post is because I found something in the net I couldn’t resist sharing.

Analyzing the language, down-under

It is pretty intimidating facing an Australian accent of English, especially when you come from a non-english speaking background.
